Terms of Use

The short version

These terms cover this website. The app has its own licence, and it is Apple’s, not ours — see below. There is no account here and nothing to sign up for, so the two documents between them are the whole arrangement.

The app’s licence

FieldPic for iPhone is licensed under Apple’s standard End User License Agreement, which is the agreement between you and us for the app itself. Nothing on this page replaces it.

FieldPic Pro is sold by Apple. Prices, billing, renewal, free trials and refunds are Apple’s to handle, under the terms you accepted with your Apple Account. A subscription renews until you cancel it, and you cancel it in Settings, Subscriptions — not here, and not by deleting the app. The free plan stays free.

What you collect

The checklists, photos, notes and exports you make with FieldPic are yours, to use for any purpose including commercially, with no attribution owed and no licence granted to us — we never receive them in the first place. You are responsible for having the right to photograph what you photograph, and for how you share the exports.

The FieldPic name, the artwork and this site’s content are ours.

This website

fieldpic.app is provided as it is, with no warranty and no promise that it will stay available. We may change it or take it down. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from its use; nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
