The short version
FieldPic is a tool, not a service. It has no account, no sign-in, and no server of ours behind it. The checklists, photos and notes you collect stay on your iPhone until you choose to share an export. The one thing the app sends anywhere is what selling FieldPic Pro needs, described below.
Data the app does not collect
Projects, checklist items, photos and notes are created and stored locally on your device, in the app’s own storage. We have no access to them. The app contains no analytics, no advertising SDK, and no crash reporting of ours.
Camera and photo library
FieldPic asks for camera access to photograph checklist items. Photos taken in the app are saved inside the app, not to your photo library. Adding photos from your library uses Apple’s system picker, which runs outside the app and hands over only the photos you select, so the app never needs permission to read your library. Location data embedded in library photos is not read or exported.
What you export
An export is a ZIP file built on the device and handed to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes from there — AirDrop, Files, Mail, a chat app — is your choice and that service’s policy. Nothing is uploaded by FieldPic itself.
FieldPic Pro
Pro is sold by Apple as an in-app purchase, under your Apple Account; we never see your payment details. To know whether Pro is active, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. It receives two things from the app: the App Store purchase receipt, and an anonymous identifier the app makes up for the installation — no name, no email, no Apple Account, and nothing you collect. RevenueCat keeps that purchase history to answer one question, whether Pro is active, and for nothing else. It is not linked to you as a person and is not used for tracking or advertising. This website
fieldpic.app uses Vercel Analytics to count page visits in aggregate. It sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across sites.
